Knowledge and experience that you can trust
Richard worked for twenty years in the software industry, and eleven in the telecommunications sector. He has seven years of on-the-ground experience developing, documenting, implementing, auditing, maintaining and improving quality management systems, conforming to the ISO 9001, TL 9000 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Since 2009, Richard has been helping companies like Huawei Canada develop, implement and achieve certification of new quality management systems, in addition to performing registrar audits and delivering lead auditor training for major global certification bodies.
